8lucky Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 8lucky online betting platform, accessible via 8lucky.best and all associated subdomains and applications ("Platform"). The Platform is operated by 8lucky ("we", "us", or "the Company").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service offered by 8lucky, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 8lucky.

8lucky reserves the right to decline any individual's registration without providing a reason, at our absolute discretion.

You are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 8lucky account login credentials, including your username and password. 8lucky will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Do not share your login details with anyone.

Any activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to 8lucky within a reasonable time of becoming aware of it. Please contact 8lucky customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

• You must keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly the email address and phone number used for verification.
• 8lucky reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity.
• Accounts that are inactive (no logins and no transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or termination in accordance with 8lucky's current policy. Players will be notified in advance via email or SMS before any action is taken.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your 8lucky account to any other party.

8lucky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Accepted payment methods are Malaysia-approved channels recognised by 8lucky from time to time, including:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. Successful deposits are typically credited to your 8lucky account within 30 seconds. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in your account being frozen for investigation.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. For withdrawals below RM10,000, 8lucky targets processing within 2 to 15 minutes to your registered e-wallet or DuitNow account. For withdrawals above RM10,000, standard identity verification may be required and will be completed within 24 business hours.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name as the deposit method used.
• 8lucky does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees — this is beyond 8lucky's control.

• Rollover Requirements: Bonuses received must be wagered through rollover requirements as specified before withdrawals are permitted. Use of the 8lucky platform for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted within the boundaries set out in these Terms. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved.

The 8lucky platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted at all times.

• 8lucky is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, business disruption, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, unless caused by 8lucky's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• 8lucky is not liable for any losses arising from your betting decisions. Betting involves financial risk, which you accept in full when using our platform.
• We are not responsible for the actions of third parties — including game providers, payment providers, or any other parties involved in delivering our services — that fall outside our direct control.
• Under all circumstances, 8lucky's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

This liability limit does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or any situation where the exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable Malaysian law.

Termination by Player: You may close your 8lucky account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@8lucky.best. Prior to closure, all rollover requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be voided. Any valid account balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned via your registered payment method.

Termination by 8lucky: 8lucky reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the 8lucky platform.
• Threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other players.
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities.

In the event of termination by 8lucky due to a Terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited at our discretion depending on the severity of the breach. The player will be notified of this decision within a reasonable timeframe.

8lucky reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications, registered email, or SMS at least 7 days before taking effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the 8lucky platform after the effective date of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the relevant tribunal or court in Malaysia.
